Our Wine & Dine Package offers groups an even more intimate glimpse into the heart of the winery.
Upon arrival at the vineyard, the experience will begin with a welcome wine while enjoying captivating views of the Gaspereau Valley and beyond. Our truly special 4 or 6 course dining packages showcase locally grown and crafted foods, specially designed by Executive Chef, Mark Lambert and Sous Chef, Graeme Mansky. The dinners all include a perfect pairing with each course, selected by our winemaker, Mike Mainguy. Outfitted for comfort and convenience, the vaulted Cellar features custom decor created by a local artist and offers select audio-visual equipment.
