Buried 8 feet underground for 28 months in French and American oak barrels, this Limited Edition wine matures in the same stony, clay-rich soil in which the vines grow. Only 220 cases of this dry and unfiltered red were unearthed. An equal part blend of Lucie Kuhlman, Leon Millot and Marechal Foch, expect black fruit, truffles and dark chocolate.

Aged in Hungarian and American oak barrels for 14 months, this full-bodied and tannic red pairs well with hearty stews, roasted vegetables and grilled beef.
This single varietal Leon Millot has layers of raspberry, mellow strawberry and dark chocolate enhanced by ageing with French Oak. Leon Millot has incredible aging potential, developing earthy and complex aromatics as it matures. Whether served chilled or at room temperature, this medium-bodied red pairs with Nova Scotia lamb, local wild game and ratatouille.

L’Acadie Blanc is Nova Scotia’s most talked about and versatile grape. Barrel aged in Hungarian oak, this wine has a complex mineral structure revealing baked apple and creamy vanilla notes. Spicy and savoury notes are balanced against a vibrant lemon meringue backbone to create a luscious and decadent mouthfeel.
