Only 220 cases of this dry and unfiltered red were unearthed. An equal part blend of Lucie Kuhlman, Leon Millot and Marechal Foch, expect black fruit, truffles and dark chocolate.

This single varietal Leon Millot has layers of raspberry, mellow strawberry and dark chocolate enhanced by ageing with French Oak. Leon Millot has incredible aging potential, developing earthy and complex aromatics as it matures. Whether served chilled or at room temperature, this medium-bodied red pairs with Nova Scotia lamb, local wild game and ratatouille.

L’Acadie Blanc is Nova Scotia’s most talked about grape. Briefly aged in Hungarian Oak to develop a hint of vanilla, this wine has a complex structure and crisp, refreshing notes. Short on words and long on taste, L’Acadie is a classic pairing with Nova Scotia lobster, Digby scallops, halibut, mussels and other Maritime seafood.
